I regret to inform you that we have withdrawn sales of the following Bath Oil Formulae under the guidance of MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) who, in the interest of the general public, are cautious that people may be misled into thinking that these products may have medicinal properties. The product as it is currently labled is considered to fall within the first limb of the legislation and as such it should be registered.

The products affected are:

Arthritis - Ginger, Juniper and Refined Wintergreen

Rheumatism - Lemon Grass, Litsea and Spanish Orange

Aches and Pains (now Soothing Soak) - Chamomile, Lavender, Rosemary and Spanish Juniper

Colds and Flu (now Sniffles) - Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Pine NeedleFennel

Psoriasis - Bergamot, Chamomile and Lavender

PMT relief - Geranium, Orange Blossom and Tarragon

We will relaunch the above Aromatherapy Bath Oil Formulae later in the year under new names as they have proved very popular in the 10 years since their introduction. We are currently researching names and once these have been approved we will be relabel the affected products and put them back on our website in this space.

We make no medical claims for any of our products, but we constantly receive letters from customers who have found that having used an aromatherapy oil in the whirlpool baths has made them feel so much better. We enjoy our business and we are always pleased to hear happy stories from our customers. We are conscious however that what works for one customer may not work for another so we don't publish the letters we receive.

All our Aromatherapy bath oil formulae have been developed by one of the top people in the aromtherapy oils field. Our oils contain at least 3% essential oils which is considerably more than our competitors. The oils are a synergistic blend of 2 or more oils, which complement each other and work together to enhance the overall therapeutic effect. Synergistic blends are designed to help emotions which can respond very positively to a pleasant fragrance.

We apologise to our regular customers for the temporary absence of their favourite bathtime oils, we ask you to keep this page book marked and we will update you with our progress.

( Disclaimer: In the event that we adopt a name which has been suggested by more than one person, the winner will be the person who contacted us by email first.)
