How do I move through the web site?
Navigating the bathroomexpress web site is the same as navigating any other web site. There are a few different ways to get where you want to go; You can use the links at the top of the page to move between Home, Search, T&C's (terms and conditions) etc. These links are at the top of every page.
You can also use the navigation menu at the right of each page. This is slightly different on certain pages. On the shop pages this menu is expandable, listing every section and sub section of products we currently stock. If you are looking for a specific item choose the relevant section or sub section. You are never more than a few clicks away from any product or page.
Lastly is the Mini Nav at displayed at the top of this segment. Again this is at the top of every page. An annotation is displayed below.
Also there is a QuickSearch box on most pages, just type in what product you are looking for and press the return key or the Go! button and it will take you to a page that displayed any relevant results. See Searching the Website for more information.
How do I search the site?
The quickest and easiest way to find what you are looking for is to use the Search Feature that is present throughout the site. You can either use the QuickSearch box located on the majority of the pages, or for a more advanced search click Search from the top of any page, or the  icon from the Mini Nav.
The advanced search page lets you make a more comprehensive search. You can search on keywords as you would on any other search engine. For best results search for a brand name (Decorlux, Carron, Aestus etc.) or by the product name or type(Delta bath, Zebb Towel Warmer, Whirlpool Kit, etc.) or even search by dimensions (eg. 1700x800) or anything specific to the product, or type of product.
Using the Advanced Search you can also search
by Price or limit the results to a specific section. How do I browse your products?
To browse through the products on the website, simply use the navigation menu on the right of every shop page. This menu is expandable, on the first layer (what you see as the page first loads) is a list of all the sections a product can come under (Baths, Taps etc.), if you hover over most sections, a second layer appears, listing all the Sub Sections in that Section. These are usually split up as Brands (Decorlux, Laufen etc.) or as types of product. Each Layer can be clicked, you do not need to choose a Sub Section.
I keep getting a page that tells me the page I am looking for can not be found, why?
There may be a few reason for this. Most likely is that we are updating the web site, this is essential to bringing you the most up to date products and prices. We try to update the website at times when traffic is low, although sometimes we have to update during busy periods. We apologise with any inconvenience this may cause you, and would be more than happy to give you any information or process your order over the telephone. Simply give us a call on 0845 130 2000 Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30, and Saturday 9 till 1, or email us on sales@bathroomexpress.co.uk and a member of our sales team will get back to you as soon as it is possible.
