Sanibest features a new pumping system that will pump up to 7 metres in height or 100 metres horizontally or a combination of both. The primary exit waste pipework is 22 mm diameter.

The unit is compact ( height 298 mm width 529 mm depth 172 mm) and fits behind any horizontal outlet BS 5503 WC pan.

Two low level side inlets permit one or more appliances to be attached. These include gravity-drained sanitaryware such as a urinal, basin, shower bath or bidet. In addition, as the unit is designed for continuous operation at high temperatures, it can be used to accept hot pumped wastewater from a washing machine, dishwasher or other similar appliance (not linked in series). This makes it suitable for commercial situations such as restaurants, cafes, offices, hotels, schools and the like.

 
The unit will macerate objects other than water and human waste flushed into it. Where these are not macerable (e.g. metal) the items remains in the Sanibest outer box.
