For complete bathrooms,
shower room, or combinations of bath, shower, bidet wash-basin and
W.C.

To connect shower, bidet, bath and
wash-basin, use the two 40 mm inlets in the base of either side of
the Saniplus. The waste must have a 1 in 40 gravity fall into the
Saniplus inlets. We recommend that low and high trapped items (eg
shower and washbasin) be separated and taken into the unit on
opposite sides. Allow about 11 cm from side of unit for inlet pipe
connection.
Saniplus will pump up to 5 metres
directly vertically, or a maximum of 100 metres horizontally with a
1/200 gravity fall (minimum) constantly throughout the run to the
point of discharge. Any vertical lifts should precede horizontal
runs, and should be installed directly vertical from the
unit.
If you wish to pump vertically and then
horizontally, you may calculate that 1 metre lift is equivalent to
10 metres ‘horizontal’.
Therefore you can pump 3 metres
vertically followed by 10 metres "horizontally", or 2 metres vertically
followed by 20 metres ‘horizontally’ and so on.
Each bend can be considered to be
equivalent to 1 metre of a ‘horizontal’ run, so reduce maximum
horizontal pumping distance by 1 metre of run for every
bend.
Where a piperun is over 40 feet in
length, we recommend the bore be increased to 32 mm (1.25") from
that point onwards. |
