In a basement or a loft conversion

Sanitop (Ref No 1002) enables you to install a WC and wash basin - even below sewer level or where you need to pump waste up and away.

Sanitop is ideal for cloakrooms because it takes waste from both a WC and a washbasin.

Of course you can choose the colour and style of WC suite (BS5503) you would prefer to suit your scheme.

Sanitop pumps through 22mm small-bore pipework, vertically up to 5 metres or horizontally up to 100 metres or a lesser combination of both.

Do not dispose of the following through the unit:
Agressive chemical such as acids, solvents,paint stripper etc.
Use a non-foaming brand disinfectant or deodorant to help clean the WC and Saniflo unit. Avoid block cleansers affixed to the WC pan.
